In Sydney!

So my long awaited leave of the posting has finally arrived and after like a lot of nagging from my parents to decide what I wanna do... I landed myself in Sydney! (while the rest of the family is still in singapore... heh)
Finally having a chance to go on leave was fun, especially after I've been seeing people go and come back from leave. Team one really rocks so it was good I got to spend most of the month with them, and good that we had one extra HO so I didn't feel so bad about goin off to play and leavin Ivan all the work. Sorry buddy~ heh... (The rest is another story that kept me entertained past midnight.)
Anyways, so I've spent three whole days in sydney, which went by really quick! And I'm due to fly to melbourne in a few hours which is why I can't decide if I should sleep now or stay awake and try to pack. (This morning, I slept through the alarm. bad omen.)
I remember leaving Singapore post-call and feeling so horribly sick that I slept through the plane ride feeling all drugged out and without even watching any movies on board! I didn't really eat either... had LOA for the 1st meal and slept through the 2nd. It was all worth it cos being in Sydney was so fun bcos I met a lot of random people, like how I spent a long time finding the bus stop to get to Cherie's place, found our way to the fish market where I met more friend's friends, and had lunch together! Amazing food I actually managed to stomach it. Meeting my long time primary school pal~

After lunch... I somehow clumbered down Georges street all the way to circular quay and spent super long looking for the Sydney Opera House even though it was so freakin big but I just couldn't see it! Fell asleep in the lobby of the Opera House bcos I think I took too many loratidines/anarex. Struggled really hard to make it to pancakes on the rocks (meanwhile taking naps along the streets), and finally arrived at my cousin's place, feeling super relieved.
Yes I know Sydney Opera House is super big but I was really walking around and around circular quay for like ages and all I could see was harbour bridge and NOT the opera house.

Tell me about the side effects of drugs... To be continued...
